Arts In Health

Arts workers, artists and health workers in the APY Lands are participating in training sessions to join the Arts In Health research team as survey workers. A two-day workshop was held at Umuwa in June to develop the questionaire to be used in the survey and to provide training for the survey workers who will deliver the questionaire using iPads.

The workshop was a great success and a full set of questions was developed in two languages that will address issues that Anangu have identified as central to the role and function of the art centres in their communities. More survey workers will be trained as the project continues.
